They can make payments on overtime balance anytime but all must be paid by graduation day.

1. Keep a first aid kit on hand. 2. Follow safety regulations and keep equipment properly sanitized. 3. Protect the the guest’s clothing by appropriately draping them. 4. Ask the guest to remove any jewelry, hair accessory, glasses, etc. 5. Keep any and all chemicals away from the eyes. In case of eye contact with chemicals, thoroughly rinse eyes with cold water. 6. Wear gloves when working with chemicals. 7. Carefully use all chemically active products to avoid injury.

When and where can a student get there grad time?
When: a week prior to grad date, and exit counseling is complete and has a $0 Balance.
Where: In the FA office ONLY!
What happens if the Student misses a payment?
They are called into the FA office and Coached. If coached more then twice it can lead to termination.
How many days can you miss before you are dropped with out documentation for a LOA?
14 Days consecutive this includes non schedule days and weekends.
What are you able to talk about if they have a release of info on file?
What ever the student marked off.
If the student doesn't mark all boxes then you are only allowed to tell the individual on the form those pacific topics.
