If your traveler has an offer or extension offer, call and text them ASAP!! DO NOT wait on your offers. Closest to the money always!
They want to hear good news and this is the best news for them!
How do you find an emergency contact?
You can find them in Workday- go into the traveler, click on contact, and emergency contacts will pop up
Side note- if it's not in workday- it should be in BH under their files- as it something they fill out during compliance
When a traveler has Internal work injuries in the office, Travel work injuries at the facilities, or Travel needle sticks, exposures while on assignment, who do you reach out to?

DOCUMENT THE NOTE- go into the position and change the drop down from client submitted to interviewing. Enter in all the details you spoke about on the phone so the CM is notified and will then reach out to their contact!

Go to the traveler in workday
Click on Absence
will show the total hours for both PTO and sick hours

Always call on these hard conversations. Hearing them out on the phone is way different then just texting about it.
if they don't answer, shoot them a text with urgency. We don't want to wait on these.
Document the problem and tag the CM in the note to notify them of the situation. Communication with the CM before they get something from the vendor, makes us look better and that we know what is happening rather then being caught off guard even if you as the recruiter knew about it.
Can you as the recruiter change their direct deposit info for them?
NO. Everything must be done by the traveler on their end. If they have an error they have to go in and correct it.
if it's an immediate issue where they need to get paid, email payroll/billing and Katherine, and tell them of the situation asap. If it's something they caught and can wait, have the traveler fix their problem on their end first.

37.5 and 42.5- we need to verify with the traveler if they are truly not taking lunches and check what system they use.
I find most Kronos systems will automictically deduct lunches without having to punch in and out.
we don't want to pay the 2.5 hours of OT each week- 1. we won't be able to bill for it and 2. we will lose out on money for 13 weeks if we let it go
