Document the problem and tag the CM in the note to notify them of the situation. Communication with the CM before they get something from the vendor, makes us look better and that we know what is happening rather then being caught off guard even if you as the recruiter knew about it.

if it's an immediate issue where they need to get paid, email payroll/billing and Katherine, and tell them of the situation asap. If it's something they caught and can wait, have the traveler fix their problem on their end first.
