EAP is our Employee Assistance Program.
It provides resources like:
Free counseling to staff and their families
Free Legal/financial consults
Needs for food, shelter and transportation
What can you do if you are unsure a particular adult can pick up a client from session?
-Look at the client profile
-Reach out to their guardian
-Loop in your CM and supervisor

Can you self-pace to a level without having 100% of all categories (attendance, conversions, values and the checklist)?
No.
Should staff IRs be kept out on the floor so RBTs have easy access to them?
No. We want to personally hand them out so we can monitor the progress of the paperwork and get it sent into HR.
How can you provide support to a staff member that is worried about working with a client who bit them last week?
-Offer to review blocking and safety antecedent strategies.
-Loop in the supervisor for extra jump-ins
-Provide multiple check-in with them during the session.
-Remind them to walkie in pre-crisis for extra support
-Offer bite-sleeves
Where do we save IRs, Body assessments and SI/HI documents?
-Original paper documents are saved in client files in the office.

-Scan and save them by client on the drive.

Once staff have reached the Senior RBT level, what are some advancements/ other opportunities they can make from there?
-Candidate program (BCBA, BCaBA, QASP)
-Floor Supervisor
-Mentorship and planning teams
If a staff member comes in wearing a brace or lets you know that they had a previous or outside of work injury- What do you do?
Loop in your CM and HR.
How can you make sure staff are feeling supported when they come in your office?
-Greet them with a smile and warm welcome. If you are busy with another staff member, acknowledge them and ask them to wait a minute.
-Answer the question fully- or direct them to the person who can help them
-If they appear hesitant with your answer- rephrase or offer to model it. If they are looking for something, walk with them to show them.
-Ensure they leave you feeling confident with your answers or directions.
What is the MAX amount of points that you can give out to staff?
-50 points!
CM's can approve more if you would like to give more for staff who have gone above and beyond.
-Large group points/ scavenger hunt points need to be pre-approved by Ross or Ally and your CM.
