When you stand with your feet together, arms at your sides and you jump spreading your legs apart while raising your arms above your head. Then you jump bringing your legs back together, returning to your starting position.

What is Positive Coping Skills?
When you stand up with your legs apart. Dangle your arms between your arms between your legs like it's an elephants trunk. As you breath in deeply through your nose, raise your arms up high above your head. Then slowly swing your arms down again as you breath out through your mouth.
What is Elephant breathing?
When you use an activity, that includes exercise or dancing as a way to manage stress, anxiety, or negative emotions.
What is Physical Activity?
The way that you talk to yourself and it can either be negative or positive. ("I can do this!" or "I never do anything right").

This is something you can do, especially when you are angry, so that you allow yourself to calm down before you say or do something you'll regret.
