This is an effort years in the making that will provide regional board members with clear engagement pathways and more standardized guidelines related to giving, board terms, and leadership expectations.

  • In FY27 we want to intentionally deploy our multiple year strategic plan to cultivate volunteer leaders who are informed, equipped and activated as front-line partners with opportunities to grow as they demonstrate increased commitment

This is an interactive session that provides seven research-backed communication strategies that have been shown to effectively change hearts and minds in the fight against antisemitism. Participants leave with data-driven insights on messages that change perceptions of antisemitism and language that reduces defensiveness.

  • In FY27 we want to strategically train the most influential groups who will use these seven strategies in their spheres of influence outside of the Jewish community.

Established over 20 years ago, this program provides young professionals (22–40 years old) with an insider’s perspective and a deep understanding of the cutting-edge strategies employed to confront antisemitism. It cost $250, is hosted over 7 months (October–April) and culminates with a trip to Never Is Now. Each regional cohort offers a powerful, local experience with access to ADL's local and national leadership.

  • In FY27 we want to cultivate participants as activated volunteers (willing to attend NIN) with opportunities to grow into regional board members if they demonstrate increased commitment. We want to leverage our current board member to help mentor these ADL newcomers.

For this interactive workshop we work exclusively with Jewish young people to first explore & connect to their Jewish identities and then give them tools to both recognize and challenge antisemitism and anti-Zionism. In these sessions, sixth graders through college aged Jewish youth develop leadership skills, center themselves in Jewish Joy and practice skills and strategies to respond to antisemitism in infinity space.

  • In FY27 we want to continue to invest Jewish educators embedded within Jewish organizations with the training to run this program within their own communities.

This is an in-person facilitated workshop we can deliver to K-12 educators. It is particularly useful in the wake of an antisemitic K-12 incident in a school. This workshop is designed to help adult educators gain the tools and strategies to reflect on the impact of antisemitism and respond in a way that helps maintain or restore a positive school climate.

  • In FY27 please consider offering this program in the wake of a K-12 incident in addition to our on demand professional development tools for educators.

This is an ADL convened network of congregations with access to resources, programs and the expertise ADL has to offer in how to have critical conversations about antisemitism. Hebrew for “all of us,” this network was established to empower congregations to address antisemitism and hate in their communities through education, community engagement and advocacy.

  • In FY27 we want to have proactive conversations about what ADL programs they might like to engage in - offer these synagogues access to WTA workshops for students, invites to WTA Empowerment train the trainer, CAR training, conversations about advocacy best practices (parent empowerment) & ADL resources, audit presentations, insider briefings and AS101 presentations.
