The first phase is when the vehicle will start flat on the ground facing the ramp - this is where compartments will be opened, and the tops and sides of the vehicle will be washed
The second phase is when the vehicle's front will be on the ramp at a 45 degree angle - the front underside of the vehicle is cleaned at this time
The third phase is when the vehicle's rear will be back up onto the ramp at a 45 degree angle - the rear underside will be cleaned at this time
The fourth phase is a final inspection with the vehicle facing away from the ramp - the vehicle will be cleared from inspection and a 2855 will be affixed in a visible spot inside the vehicle
Two ground guides must be used for each piece of equipment and a chalk block must be placed behind each tire when on the ramp

A drain and purge memo is a certification that a piece of equipment being turned in is free of hazardous fluids, fuels, and materials. This verifies the vehicle is safe for transport and basically won't be carrying fuels that can blow up while in transport
