I would allow the hiring of Split shifts. 6a - 10a & 1p - 5p. Place a higher priority on our Profile 2 Products with hiring at least 3 additional analysts per small product? (HRMS, BW,BV,FAS,TS,100E, etc) and hire another 2 F&S for (1 for) Profile 2 products and (1for ) Chat and Install and 2 intraday so both schedule intraday team can meet each day and coordinate, build schedules and oversee real-time intraday together. (Basically, double the team)
