The Chazzan for Selichos must wear a Tallis. The problem is that he’s putting on the Tallis at night, and there’s a Safek if you’re allowed to make a Bracha on your Tallis at night.
What should the Chazzan do in order to avoid this Safek?
He should not use his own Tallis or the congregations Tallis. He should borrow a Tallis from someone else.
