On Marsh Hawk Hole #8 - A player hits the ball from the teeing ground and it crosses over the water hazard, landing on the other side of the water, it then rolls back down into the water. From where should the player play the next shot - assuming they can't hit it from the hazard?
Since it is a water hazard (yellow stake) the player must drop the ball back on the other side of the water (either all the way back, back in line, or 2 club lengths). The player will have to hit the ball over the water again.
Richard will explain how this applies to Blackheath #18, even if your ball comes to rest in the rocks in front of the green.
