If only I had this.....I would fluff and tuck my patient. You know pay more attention to the little details that matter.

When you take care of my position these are decreased by 14%?
What are Pressure injuries and/or skin breakdown?
I am tied with the number one reason (40%) and you may hear me even after you have left for the day.
What is the IV pump?
This P..... may need to be addressed if the patient is receiving NS @ 150/hr.
What is Potty?
I will have more time to complete this without staying over after my shift?
What is charting?
As a patient who receives hourly rounding; I will use this 37.8% less.
What is the call light?
I am the second top reason (35%) a call light is pressed. Be prepared this one may hurt.
What is pain?
If your patient is sleeping chances are your patient doesn't need this P addressed. However if they are in tears; it may be a different story.

I can team up with this staff member to complete purposeful hourly rounding?
Who is the C.N.A or the nurse?
Thank goodness you are here for me. By hourly rounding I have a 50% chance of this NOT occurring during my hospital stay.

This P has a list completed on admission if they brought these to the hospital.......but don't forget something simple as a garbage can is included.
