The administrative burden on this person's job will be much lighter with the implementation of CA PPM.
Who is a project manager?
This new "object" will be available in CA PPM and will eliminate our need to manually compile and manage program level schedules, status reports, and RAID items through powerpoint.

This feature in CA PPM will allow PMs to compile their own project and program analysis and reporting based on all the data available in the tool.

These sessions take place after the JAD sessions, and provide a walkthrough of the tool to simulate how it integrates with the process flows.

This is a form that will no longer need to be filled out by the Project Manager or Resource Manager to request resources for a project.
