What is logos?
An error in reasoning or false assumption that might sound impressive but proves absolutely nothing.
What is a logical fallacy?
A person who practices laws; an advocate.
What is an attorney?
The writer's stance, or overall argument.
What is a claim?
Makes up a chunk of the essay (Usually has 3 or more in one essay)
What is body paragraphs?
Ethical strategies that classify the speaker’s appeal to the audience.
What is rhetorical appeal?
Student tells his professor that he thinks some of Donald Trump's positions have merit. Professor says he can't believe that the student believes in support racism.

What is audience?
Using someone's educational level as a means to exploit and degrade the opposer's argument - "You didn't even finish high school - how could you possibly know about this?"
What is ad hominem fallacy?
