What is the Role of the chief officer

The supreme basileus shall preside at all meetings of the Boule and Directorate. She shall appoint, with the approval of the Directorate, the chairmen and members of al committees of the sorority, and fill any vacancies except as otherwise provided for in the Bylaws. She shall exercise general supervision over employees personnel and over the Boule.
