What is the role of the lead?
The lead is responsible for ensuring that all calls are returned and people follow the correct process. They pick up calls only when no one else on the team can.
What are the rights of immigrants?
You have the right to remain silent: don't answer any questions, tell them you have the right to remain silent and you will only speak to an attorney. Don't show any documents. Don't sign any documents without speaking to an attorney first.
