True.  All of the zones are used to describe a certain state of alertness and emotional state, and ALL are okay.  The key difference is to assist students in learning that within the classroom, the typical expected zone is often green.   Also, practice, practice, practice with students going from yellow (being silly or excited or nervous or frustrated) back to green.  I have seen this facilitated among many skilled teachers---BRAVO!  Also, this skill comes easier to some students, and some students have had more practice outside of school, please remember that!
