You can check your free bets by accessing your account and selecting “My Free Bets.” If you don’t have any free bets available you can check active promos by accessing your account and selecting “Promos.” Some free bets have terms and conditions on how they can be used, such as odds caps or time periods that they’re only active for.

I accidentally placed the same bet twice. What do I do?

If you accidentally placed a bet for the same amount back to back we can void the bet. The CSR should look at the betting history to make sure the double betting habit is not a common practice for the customer. If the CSR determines the bet really was accidentally placed, we can void the 2nd bet in the CRM. There is a web tool where we can enter the username and void the bet so it will not pay out.
