You are an Usher and you experience two guests getting into a verbal altercation at their seats. How do you respond to this situation?

If a Supervisor or Manager is immediately nearby, ask them to assist. If not, head to the guests' row and make an effort to de-escalate the situation. If you are unsuccessful, get a Supervisor or Manager to the situation as soon as possible. If the situation fizzles out before you had to intervene, you should still tell your Supervisor!

I witness a guest appear to sneak into my section while I was assisting another guest. He is sitting down in a seat, yet I know that he doesn’t have a ticket for that seat as it’s a closed ADA row. How do I handle this situation?

Approach the guest and politely ask to see his/her ticket. If the guest's ticket does not correspond with that seat, politely inform the guest that they cannot sit there. If the situation escalates past this, have a Supervisor or Manager intervene.
