This is the ability to imagine and understand how someone feels.
What is empathy?
Exercising, listening to music, and painting are examples of handling your emotions in this manner.
What is a positive way?
These are the messages you receive that indicate who they think you are or what they think you are like.
What is feedback?
Striving to be the best you falls under this level in Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs.
What is Self Actualization?
Physical changes, such as rise in heart rate, perspiration, tightening of muscles, vein enlargement, may occur when the body feels this.

These are nonhostile comments that point out problems and have the potential to help a person change

Hunger, thirst, shelter, sleep
What are physical needs?
The need to be loved, belong and be valued
What are emotional needs?
The ability to adapt effectively, and recover from disappointment, difficulty or crisis

This is feedback from yourself.

An emotional response to doing something wrong

Feedback from them is not always positive and shouldn't always be valued.
