What is Interpersonal TR?
All or nothing thinking, jumping to conclusions, catastrophizing, and minimizing/maximizing
What are cognitive distortions?
Helps us to have a better understanding of the client and formulate appropriate treatment, interventions, etc. Should be used with every client
What is a Case Conceptualization?
Similar to the Intra-TR worksheet, but can be used as part of the "trial" part of therapy and a useful tool for working with youth
