If a job seeker is writing in stating they are not receiving password reset emails, what is the first step to troubleshoot this issue?


Make sure the JS’ ‘User Spam Level’ in NTFS is set to ‘Solicited’ or 'Unsolicited', then manually resend the password reset email to the JS and send the ‘Password reset link sent’ macro.
