You came home from camp to find your sister playing with your brand new lego set without asking you first: Small, Medium or Big problem?

Small. Although this is frustrating, she is not hurting anything by playing with your legos. We can ask her to please ask you first next time.

My Mom told me it was time for an online google meet with my teacher so I decided to throw the pencils that were on the table on the ground and yell at her to "leave me alone!" Did I handle this well? What could I have done instead?

No, getting this upset in response to a small problem does not help the situation.

There are too many tabs open on the computer screen.

Small problem, we can simply close out of the tabs we don't need, we don't need to get frustrated or upset.

Your at the beach and you have spent 30 minutes creating a perfect sand castle. Your sister comes over and pours water all over it, ruining it. Does having a HUGE reaction to a SMALL problem typically solve the problem and make the situation better?

No, typically having a huge reaction to a small problem makes the situation worse and does not solve the problem. It usually ends with you getting into trouble.

Your Mom makes broccoli for dinner and you hate broccoli.

Small problem. We aren't going to love everything our parents make, but we can try it and maybe eventually we will learn to like the broccoli.
