For the first time, we’re adding sun-dried Ethiopia Sidamo beans to this blend of Costa Rican and Sumatran coffee. We begin with beans from Costa Rica Bella Vista as a base of nuttiness and bright acidity. To this base we add earthiness and spiciness from Sumatra and aged Sumatra. We finish off with Sun-dried Ethiopia Sidamo beans, bringing a plummy sweetness intensified by the espresso extraction process.
