Not every country could become a gunpowder overnight, the government needs to have a great economy to build and pay for guns and gunpowder. Other countries tried to increase size by crusading and using the divine right of kings.

Because of the European voyages people fled their countries to get money fast by exploring a country. Exploration also led to the popularity of chattel slavery and large plantations shipping raw goods like tobacco and cotton shipping to Britain factories.

The industrialization changed the storage of money, a larger middle class, and monopolies. Industrialization popularized banking because the growing middle class and the upper class wanted a place to store money and a place to get loans. The middle class increased because of the increase in jobs in businesses and factories. Monopolies grew because a specific business can control a specific business and they could even eliminate the competition.
