This was unfair as it normally favored the rich because they believed that if you were doing successful in life, then the gods were happy with. If you were poor, then often people would assume you did something wrong to make the gods mad at you. Especially towards children. If you were disrespectful towards your parents, say slap them for example, you'd get your hand cut off.

The Greek soldiers were called hoplites. Some of the equipment they've had to carry would be a round shield, bronze chest plates, and helmet which only allowed you to straight ahead so you're focused in battle. All of which were really heavy to carry around.

Explain the differences between Sparta and Athens.

Sparta values their military above everything else. They treat women as they're equal to men. They were allowed to go to school, own property, fight in the military alongside men. They were respected since they had the ability to give birth to young boys who'll fight in the military. In Athens, they valued education a little more than their military. This could help them when it comes to finding a job after serving a mandatory 2 years in the military and then they're free to live their own life in Athens. Is they don't serve the 2 years they'll have no rights to government services. They didn't treat women as equal as men. The women in Athens were encouraged to stay inside and do housework.

The purpose of building the pyramids was more spiritual reasons rather than for architectural reasons. The top of the pyramid represented the sun god Ra coming down from the sky to walk among the people. It also helped to show the pharaoh's greatness and power.  It also helps lead the pharaoh's to the afterlife.

Ramadan is the month where Muslims fast or a month where they don't eat from sunrise to sundown. This is because in their religion, they believe Muhammad wants them to experience how those who are less fortunate go through and to be grateful what they have. They are still allowed to eat, but only before sunrise and after sundown. It is one of the five pillars of Isam.
