Once a production has wrapped up what should producers do with elements?
Ship all the production elements as soon as possible and make sure they are labeled properly. ISCIs/titles should also be included in the inventory list.
Are aspect ratio changes counted as versions or as new spots?
They are considered versions; no additional payments are due.
What is the production maximum daily cost in order to utilize the Low Budget Digital waiver?
$100,000 per spot in 2020
If you have any type of animal on set who else must be there and what do you need from them?
There should be a representative from Movie Animals Protected or The American Humane Society on set. You'll also need a clearance letter from them that "no animals were harmed."
What is Zone A?
On set where people are together: not social distancing, not wearing PPE. Includes Talent, Director, and DP.
Where do you ship all your elements from a production?
Pepsi/Frito Lay and Sam Adams go to Extreme Reach (Burbank). San Diego Zoo go to Tylie Jones (LA). *All other clients go to Attik Space (Burbank).

What qualifies as an Allowable Lift in TV Spots?
Footage and audio from the original commercial can be rearranged or removed, but no new footage or audio can be integrated.
Topher is our OCP. Lance, our director, doesn’t really trust Topher to drive the BMW at the shoot so we hire Flaker to drive the car, as though he's Topher. Does Flaker get residuals?
Yes! Flaker gets residuals (he's a Driver Double).
How many SAG Extras per day do you need to hire beore you can hire non union Extras?

If you BOOK “alternates” as a COVID precaution are they due a cancelation session if they are not used on the production?
Yes, they are still due a cancelation session.

No. There are no lifts in Radio.
Do SAG talent get paid more if they're shooting on the weekends? What about ACTRA (bonus if you know what ACTRA is)? If yes how much for both?

Can you show people drinking hard alcohol, wine, or beer in a broadcast commercial?

In ACS Digital Bundle, how many cuts do you get per spot? (And Bonus: do cutdowns have to be direct cutdowns?)
Six! No they can be any footage from the original shoot, do not need to be allowable. Whats the catch? you only get 2 lengths per spot.
An annoying Extra is trying for an upgrade to OCP. What are the three criteria that must be met for this upgrade to happen?
1. Recognizable.
2. Interacts with Product/other OCP
3. In the foreground
Whats the difference between Social Media and New Media?
New Media is defined as any digital/electronic platform delivered to mobile phones and other digital/electronic media. (Instagram is a good example, along with Snapchat and TikTok. Functionality best through a phone, not the internet.)
