How might a seat change be considered helpful for a student?
Moves them away from distractions; allows them to get back on track; gives them space to reflect, etc.
When are students allowed to go to the bathroom?
After the first 10 minutes, and before the last 10 minutes of class; Not during lesson; During lunch; Only for emergencies
What does it mean to take OWNERSHIP?
Taking responsibility/ owning up to your actions, words, the work you do in class
What are some items that may be considered outlawed items (expectation number five)?
Gum/ Candy, Rubber bands, Grooming items, Drinks and food, cell phones, money stacks, etc.
Explain what a time out is? (is it a corner of the room? a specific seat?)
Time out is when you get sent to another teachers class with your work to help you cool down and collect yourself
