What is amendment 1?
Reserves individuals’ rights to jury trial depending on the civil case, and cases already examined by not be re-opened by another court.
What is amendment 7?
Passed by Congress December 9, 1803. Ratified June 15, 1804. Modifies and clarifies the procedure used for electing vice-presidents and presidents.

Passed by Congress July 2, 1909. Ratified February 3, 1913. Reserves the right for the U.S. government to tax income.
What is amendment 16?
Passed by Congress February 20, 1933. Ratified December 5, 1933. The repeal of Amendment 18, the prohibition. Legal age for alcohol consumption is 21. States laws over alcohol remain in place.
What is amendment 21?
Citizens cannot be forced to quarter soldiers during times of peace.

Reserves the rights of citizens which are not specifically mentioned by the U.S. Constitution.

Passed by Congress June 13, 1866. Ratified July 9, 1868. A detailed explanation of Equal Protection clause, Due Process Clause, Citizenship Clause, and clauses dealing with the Confederacy and it's officials.

Passed by Congress December 18, 1917. Ratified January 16, 1919. Repealed by amendment 21. Prohibition. Denied the sale and consumption of alcohol.
What is amendment 18?
Passed by Congress June 16, 1960. Ratified March 29, 1961. Reserves the right for citizens of the district of Columbia to vote for their own electors for president.
What is amendment 23?
Prohibits abuse of governmental authority in legal procedures. Establishes rules for indictment by eminent domain and grand jury. Guarantees the due process rights. Protects citizens from self-incrimination and double jeopardy.
What is amendment 5?
Guarantees fair and speedy jury trial and the rights to know the accusation, the accuser, and to find counsel and witnesses.
What is amendment 6?
Passed by Congress March 4, 1794. Ratified February 7, 1795. States are protected from lawsuits by citizens living in another state or foreigners that do not reside within the state borders.

Passed by Congress March 2, 1932. Ratified January 23, 1933. Established the start dates of terms for Congress (Jan. 3rd) and the President (Jan. 20th).

Passed by Congress May 13, 1912. Ratified April 8, 1913. Establishes popular vote as the process in which senators are elected.
What is amendment 17?
Passed by Congress March 21, 1947. Ratified February 27, 1951. Limits the terms that an individual can be elected as president, at most 2. Individuals who have served over two years of another individual's term may not be elected more than once.
What is amendment 22?
Citizens cannot be forced to subject themselves to seizure and search without a search warrant and probable cause.
What is amendment 4?
Reserves powers that are not given to the U.S. government under the Constitution, nor prohibited to a State of the U.S., to the people and the States.
What is Amendment 10?
Passed by Congress February 26, 1869. Ratified February 3, 1870. Reserves the right to vote for all citizens regardless of their race, color, or previous slave status.
What is amendment 15?
Passed by Congress June 4, 1919. Ratified August 18, 1920. Reserves the right for women to vote.
What is amendment 19?
Passed by Congress August 27, 1962. Ratified January 23, 1964. Citizens cannot be denied voting rights for not paying a poll tax or any other tax.
