Why do we organize growth sessions?
It's an opportunity for others to learn from one another and collaborate with people outside of their regular squads on technology and topics that interest them.
We want to allow our employees to build on their skills and develop a deeper shared understanding of related technologies and ideas. And also to be able to share our knowledge with other members on the team.
For example, prepping for a technical demo, familiarization with a new tech stack, or even just learning about our team members on a deeper level.
