A combination of physical and mental effects that a person experiences after they stop using or reduce their intake of a substance. Ex. Sweating, Goosebumps, Vomiting, Anixety, Insomnia, and Musle Pain

The act of being excessively concerned with oneself and their own needs.

When you continue to take personal inventory, and when you are wrong, you promptly admit it.
