Typically, he would not qualify since the bill is past due. BUT since he received two months worth of usage on one invoice, we can see if we can make an exception.

What information needs to go into the service request for Invoice Processing?

  • Title should be "EMERGENCY DISCONNECT"
  • Category will be Provider Bill Ingest
  • Sub-Category will be Record Disconnect/Property Notices
  • Priority Level will be “Emergency”
  • In the Deliverable field, include the Expected Bill Nexus link for the customer and the link to the parser bill.
  • Once the SR has been submitted, call the Lead Line and let them know an Emergency SR was submitted to IP for a disconnect so that the lead can alert IP in the Teams Emergency room and make sure eyes are on it.

What are the requirements for the true-up process?

The window for enrolling in the true up process is limited. You must request the form, fill it out, and submit it no later than 14 days after your lease end date OR the date we begin receiving actual bills for the estimated period, whichever comes sooner.
