Without development resources, Alisa & Jalessa worked diligently on converting FSW to virtual in Q3 of 2020. Part of that was adjusting the course duration from this amount of days to this new amount of days.

They have also been heavily supporting CLS with Project SME's, other training (reliability, IPTV, etc)
As part of the instructor support for the Home Network Reliability course, Alisa onboarded 9 new instructors, and has supported, to date, this many T3's to upskill the 29 instructors on active listening, powerful questioning and virtual engagement.
3 T3's to date with a 4th one booked in April.
In partnership with Corporate Safety, Alisa recently worked to create a through certification program for the following course.
