NCMEC funds 7% of your salary towards your retirement from day 1, but you're not vested until you've met  these 2 conditions.

Floating holidays are earned in the current year. You earn 1 day (7.5 hours) per quarter.  These leave will be available to use January 1st of the following year and can be used in increments of quarter of the hour. This leave does expire and can only be used between January 1st - December 31.

Eligibility for flexible working arrangements is base on case by case basis and length of employment. Eligibility is based on minimum of employment at NCMEC for this amount of time and meeting this expectation.
