Getting to help my team navigate this beautifully complicated thing that is WAH eligibility. I love when each staff sends me a complicated case and we both get to learn off of it. As a lead you get thrown all the cases that are just a little more complicated and you get the opportunity to try and solve them and make them easier for the next person that asks. So learning and getting to help all of you each time the next difficult question comes up.
