Chef chats are an opportunity for residents to "chat" with the Chef regarding the food/meals. They occur on the third Thursday of the month at 1:30pm in the activity room.

Friendly reminder to keep Med Room clean as housekeeping does not go in there. Please sweep floor, wipe down counters, organize, etc.

Missed Meds in QMAR

Missed med report should be pulled weekly.  Make sure documentation is done for all refusals.  Also, make sure you fax PCP with all med refusals.

1. Look at panel to locate fire

2. Grab fire extinguisher. Can fire be contained?
