What is equality?
Each person has freedom to do what they want and need. Each person is different from others and does things in their own way.
What is individualism?

The discovery of new ideas or a new way of doing something.
What is innovation?
The belief that everyone benefits from buying and using a lot of goods and services.
What is consumerism?
it's better to complete a task or project yourself rather than trusting other people to do it (Value: Independence)

to do a large amount of shopping; to shop until you are too tired to continue shopping (Value: Consumerism)

Being casual and relaxed.
