Rest was intended for us. Even God rested. We need rest in order to recover, appreciate God's creation, and be more efficient and fruitful afterwards.

Shame- focused on the person
Shame is when you define/see yourself through what you did wrong

Singleness is a gift from God, and allows more devotion to God.
