Inductive -- The speaker is relying on a collection of experiences to draw an inference. The speaker infers that the barking emanates from a dog, and not just any dog but the neighbor’s dog. Moreover, the speaker associates being upset with lots of barking, and a lack of the latter with respect to the neighbor’s dog.

When I want to explain myself, and why I made a decision I need to offer this to my listener to help them understand, not only why I did it, but why it was the fair and right thing to do.
Justification
In the 1980s everyone had to memorize times-tables, and refer to a long list of formulas to solve math problems that can now be solved on an average cellphone. How important is it to learn arithmetic off by heart any more?

Value Judgement/Opinion
Experts in this are are trying to figure out the relationship between human beings and their environments and communities, discovering the effect one has on the other and vice versa.
Human Sciences
It isn't enough to have an opinion or to make a claim in TOK, I need this to support my claims and help illustrate the implications I am drawing. It can be personal or taken from a field of study, but it must prove my claim true enough that it justifies my conclusion.
Evidence
Despite their differences leading to racism, war, and even genocide, Judaism, Islam, and Christianity all share similar beliefs about a singular deity and being kind to our fellow man.

The telegraph was a technological breakthrough that allowed rapid communication across vast distances. In doing so, it made communities more homogeneous and diminished diversity. Ultimately, the benefits probably outweigh such hard-to-measure costs.
