How do I coordinate Access Arrangements for my students before an assessment?
Fill out a form and send to Eliane @ edahdaleh@abs.edu.jo one week in advance.
How do you access profiles?
Coordinator emails them to the college leadership team who distributes them to specific teacher based on class list.

Registration of student at the AEND and appropriate provisions put in place.

Should you request Access Arrangements for an assessment on the day of the exam or a day before?
No.. please arrange a week in advance.
When do you receive profiles?
At the start of the academic year.

What does stage 1 of the process entail?
1. inform parents of concern
2. consult with coordinator for best practices in class
3. gather information about the student
4. build a detailed picture of student's strengths and weaknesses
Can AEND teachers offer support and guidance to members of the ABS community besides the students?
Yes (all stakeholders)

Can a mainstream teacher decide to give extra time to any student or suggest to a parent that the student needs extra time?
NO NO Never... Just go through the referral process
