These happen two times per week at both campuses
What are Content Team Meetings?
Housed in the main office with student work and instructions for unplanned teacher absences

Due at 8:20am every day
What is Post Daily Attendance
Minor infractions such as gum chewing, pencil tapping, or a student getting up from their seat are resolved at this level

Used to account for all students during a fire/safe mode drill or evacuation

The platform for requesting planned absences
What is ESS
The platform for recording communication with parents and families about attendance
What is Panorama?
Major infractions to the Code of Conduct are addressed at this level
Who is the Community Leader?
Lights are out, students and staff are quiet, door is locked
What is Safe Mode/Shelter in Place
Administrative and Support Staff have these at both campuses
What are Lunch Duties?
Text/Call/Email Milagros (Upper Campus), Yvonne (Lower Campus) and Ondrea and record in ESS
Where attendance corrections and excused absence notes go
What is the Community Leader?
Inappropriate use of technology, skipping class, bullying, harassment, theft, fighting
What are major violations/infractions to the Code of Conduct
Used to indicate "all clear" by teachers once outside during a Fire Drill
What is the Green Paper in the Fire and Safety Clipboard/Folders
What happens when there are not enough substitutes to cover teacher absences
What is coverage duty?
Faculty and staff collaborate to support students experiencing attendance, conduct, and/or performance concerns?
What are Grade Level meetings?
Students that do not show up at school during the first 8 days of the school year
What are DNRs (Did Not Report)
Procedure to ensure that our bathrooms and hallways are quiet and safe at all times during class times
What are student passes?
Where we stand once outside during a fire drill
Away from the building
These happen the 3rd Wednesday of every month except for April
What are Professional Development sessions?
All teachers are expected to do this after students are absent for 3 consecutive days from class
What is contact parents/families
Daily attendance will be recorded at the start of the day during the first two days of school
What is CAS?
This happens when a student is tardy to class without a pass
What is the teacher welcomes the students and records the class tardiness in Aspen/SIS
Teachers must take these with them during a fire drill
