Your classroom teacher provides the team with information about your grade level curriculum, provides information on how you perform in the classroom setting and can discuss what accommodations or modifications are used.
What is a modification?
A modification is a CHANGE that occurs to the curriculum in order to help make that student successful within their learning
How often is a PPT held?
A PPT can be held as many times as necessary but typically one meeting a year is required. This is called an Annual Review

This depends on each individual student and their team.
