This is a way for us to identify the donor whenever they come into the facility, in addition to the fingerprint, name and DOB.

This is done if calibration water reads out of range. If, after this step, the water still reads out of range the equipment must be taken out of service.

Donors can use this to answer Health History questions on their phones as well as accumulate rewards points for each of their donations.

A donor must wait seven days from the last time they donated at a non-CSL center. If not it will result in a seven day deferral from our center. If this happens twice, then it will be a permanent deferral from all CSL locations.
