This organization was established in 2020 and focuses on safely and positively connecting people with developmental disabilities of all ages with others in similar circumstances. We have developed a stand-alone app that provides a national and global connection fo people to have a safe environment to communicate and begin building quality relationships. Our services and actives are cost-free to our members.

This organization was established in 1984 by Pastor Wendell Wilson as he witnessed the devastating effects of substance abuse in the lives of the families that he pastored. It was his vision to provide a transformational way out of this bondage through a in-residence program for substance abusing men who choose to commit and change over a 24 month period. We offer cost-free, in-residence transformational discipleship and training for those men who find themselves in bondage.

In 2011 this organization was founded to see spiritual transformation in urban youths, their families, and communities by sharing the love of Christ, engaging them in positivity, and encouraging them to use their gifts and talents reach other lost youth in need of salvation. Today the ministry provides mentoring, discipleship, tutoring, performing arts, life skills and summer camps to young people whose lives are impacted by poverty, gangs, drugs, crime and single parent households.
This organization began in 1997 in Manatee County to help women, men and families cope with unexpected pregnancy and sort through their anxieties and fears, acknowledging that every human life is worthy of protection. We share the love of Jesus Christ and walk along side each client if even while they are abortion-minded, miscarriage grieving, post-abortion healing, parenting, looking for a job or seeking life skills.
This organization was founded in 1988 as a prison ministry and counseling center and domestic violence shelter. In 2012, they built an apartment complex to help any homeless women and their children to have a safe and comfortable place to live. Their purpose is to save women from domestic violence and homelessness and instill in them courage to start life anew with the grace of God. They do this by counseling, praying and loving each one.
This org started in 2017 as a small mission when many requests started to come in for children’s beds. We hold volunteer workdays where generous people volunteer their time and talent to build the beds. Children paint bible verses on the slats in bright colors to inspire the children and remind them that Jesus loves them. To date we’ve delivered more than 300 beds.
BEDS FOR KIDS! CONGRATULATIONS, YOU’VE BEEN AWARDED $1,000 to hold an extra volunteer workday, have children paint the slats with bible verses and build and deliver beds to five more children this year! Five more children will receive the gift of a good night’s sleep!
This organization was founded in 2020 provides a sanctuary for lost or wounded souls to find solace in a faith-filled natural environment as they navigate the darkness and get transformed by His marvelous Light. We provide free healing ministry and trauma-informed support group/Bible study for adult and adolescent survivors of human trafficking and sexual assault. Our 10 acre ranch has become a haven of hope for oppressed individuals to thrive amongst nature.
REFLECTIVE SPACES MINISTRY. CONGRATULATIONS! YOU HAVE BEEN AWARDED $1,000 to build a campfire area to accommodate 15-20 people and be a place to gather, reflect, process and transform. Survivors also find it beneficial to toss old items into the bonfire and participate in support group activities.
Founded in 1979, this organization works to stop domestic violence and sexual assault in Sarasota and DeSoto Counties, primarily through free and confidential programs and services including a 24-hour crisis helpline, 24 hour shelter, safety planning, crisis counseling, case management, advocacy, community awareness and education and prevention education.

This organization began in 2006 to develop a 100-hour faith-based transition program for the Florida state prison system. Since 2008 our program has reached over 21,000 graduations spread out over the 9 discipleship courses we offer. We teach Christians how to live the Christian life, a missionary command that comes directly from Christ. Our clients have “hit bottom” and many of them find Christ because of it. We go to where they are.

Since 1959 this organization has existed to offer speech language therapy and hearing screenings to children who are not able to access other programs or whose family cannot afford private therapy. This therapy provides children with an opportunity to overcome communication impairments that prevent them from leading their most normal life, while helping them build important personal relationships through language.

As the 2nd largest food security provider in the region, every week, this organization distributes an average of 50lbs of fresh fruit, vegetables, meat, and dry goods to families in need. In 2020, 560,900 lbs of food were distributed to 11,388 Sarasota families.
