Nature is what your genetics make you out to be such as your height, hair color, and eye color. Nurture describes your likes and dislike based on how you grew up such as favorite sports team, favorite place to eat, and favorite videogame. A crossover between the two would be athleticism because you could be tall and strong but not be an athlete.

Chronic stress would be juggling school work and sports because you have late hours because of practice, and you have homework and studying to do. Acute stress would be having to study for a quiz the next day.
