C: Another thing that could come from a community practicing religion together is Cultural Diffusion, the spread of one culture's practices, beliefs, food, music, or tools. A certain community may have their own way of practicing religion because the ways that everyone in the community practices their religion has diffused together into one religion practice.

C: A caravan is a large group of people traveling together for safety or company purposes. Traveling in a caravan on the silk road is helpful because your chances of being robbed go down a lot when there are more of you than their are of the robber.

E: Traveling on a camel withing a caravan on the silk road would be preferable because a camel can carry a lot of goods to trade and require less water and feeding than donkeys do. This will make your chances of falling behind the caravan less likely and your profit in your destination larger.

What is the primary difference between an "Explorer" and a " Conquistador"?

A: The primary difference between an explorer and a conquistador is that a conquistador sails out to land, knowing it is populated already with intentions of conquering the people of that land and taking it for his own country. An explorer sails out to a never-explored before land, with intentions of taking the land for his country and finding new resources.

C: A very famous conquistador is Hernan Cortes from Spain who sailed to Mexico with intentions of killing all Aztecs there and taking the land for Spain. He is very different from Christopher Columbus who sailed to the New World (America) with intentions of creating new British colonies, not killing the Native Americans.

E: Even though Christopher Columbus did end up killing around 90% of the Native Americans in the New World through disease, he is still considered an explorer because most of the time when he spread the disease it was accidental, and he did not set sail from Britain with intentions of killing a population of people.

According to Adam Smith, why is the ' Divison of Labor" good for the worker and the consumer?

A: The Division of labor is a process of dividing the production process into different stages, and each person is assigned to a different stage making the process go faster.

C: In the Division of Labor, specialization of labor (each worker focuses on one type of task) is used. This is good for the worker because they only have to focus on one task and good for the consumer because it makes the price of the good go down.

E: According to Adam Smith, the Division of Labor is particularly good for the worker because it provides more jobs within the same company, and more specialized jobs so people don't have to know how to create the whole good, just a part of it. It is good for the consumer because the product is made more efficiently making prices go down for the consumer.
