Infants are naturally soothed by doing this - it can work for us too if we carry candies with us.

We need to make it a priority to do this for 7-8 hours each day.

Exposure to this will help keep your biological clock operating efficiently.

Sinking into this at the end of the day can help bring on the zzzz's.

It's a superpower - the awareness of what's going on in our minds, without being carried away by it.

This might include a visit to your family doctor, counsellor, social worker, dentist, and psychiatrist.

Putting these away for a while before bedtime can help (or at least turn off the blue light).

We use ALL of these to bring our awareness back to our body (hint - there are 5 of them!)

Ending a relationship and ghosting someone, before they can hurt you
