The new company may already have an agreement or relationship with another promotional products distributor. You can gain their trust by providing one complete order as a trial to show how you offer quality products and services worthy of their business. You can offer creative ideas that can lead to helping their bottom line.

What is "absolutely"? Special organization anniversaries are great reasons to order a variety of promotional products to commemorate the occasion. Possible items under consideration include: gifts for staff (towels/copper insulated bottles/nice tote bag), thank you gifts for volunteers, parents, and alumni (copper insulated bottle and picnic blanket); giveaways for students/families (temporary tattoos, stickers, car magnets or decals, pencils, grocery bags, photo frames); and wearables (short and long sleeve T-shirts, fashion jackets for staff).

What is "Absolutely/Positively!" Rebranding is an important change organizations make to show how they adapt in our current and expected economy -- this may be a reflection of new staff, new business solutions, new products, new location(s), etc.
Opportunities include branding new items as well as some favorite previously branded items but now with the new logo (shirts, jackets, hats, notebooks, pens, hand sanitizers, PPE masks, tote bags, etc.)

A friend asks me if I can get T-shirts for a family trip. She only needs 10 shirts total. The friend doesn't have good art but was playing around with some sketches online. I ask the preliminary right questions: when is the event (or when do you specifically need the shirts); is there a theme color in mind for the shirts and imprint; are these all for adults or do you need kids' sizes too. She needs 6 adult size; 2 youth small and 2 toddler size. The event is in 4 weeks. Is this a good client for me?
What is "not really" or "it depends". These days, it can be a nightmare and take a lot of time to find T-shirts that are available in certain colors and sizes; I am not an artist, but I can -- and frequently do -- help create good vector art for my clients which is part of my "value added". It can take a fair amount of time to find the right graphics and fonts for the text. Usually, the minimum quantity of T-shirts to screen or imprint is 12. Different size screens are required for infant/toddlers vs. youth vs. adult sizes. There are other sites that offer stock art with custom text that may be more suited for this occasion.
These are the best pens for reducing hand stress. Their large grips are easier to hold, and they’re available in ballpoint, rollerball, and gel versions.

What is "it depends"?
If price is the only factor, then "not really" as that client will only be looking at price and not other features that are equally if not more important. They are not really loyal clients in this scenario, and frequently need 3 or more bids, and already have a distributor in mind to supply the products, thus not worth the effort and not profitable.
However, All Wrapped Up is a minority, local company, and we have won several bids for local groups and city/county/state government agencies. Some bids are for specific listed items; some are more open ended allowing us to add our own creativity and solutions to best meet their needs.
