Absolutely not! Talk with your academic advisor about what requirements you still need to fulfill for graduation and align your abroad location with a place that can help you reach the needed requirements. If not, there is a May-term trip at the beginning of every summer!

During the fall semester! FASFA opens about Oct 1st each year and needs to be completed by June usually.

When should I complete an internship?
Sometime during your junior year or summer headed into senior year. BUT completing an internship your sophomore year is more than okay too!

Yes, all Handshake jobs are worth considering. Each job posting on Handshake has been approved by trained individuals that work for career services on campus.
What is the Cardinal Career Closet?
A storage place of quality clothing items that students are able to make an appointment to visit and pick an article of clothing or outfit to have. All clothing attire fits all levels of professionalism.
Why is it important to have my Handshake profile completely filled out?
- Allows interested employers to investigate more about you
- Shows everything; including some experience that you weren't able to fit on your resume
- Increases your chances of getting recommended to employers through the Handshake algorithm
