Starts idea from a town then they tell a local fed. and is written down to be sent to the house of reps.After they send it to the house of reps where they discuss about it and take a vote. if its no the its dead if yes sent to the senate where they vote if yes goes to president and if no goes to back to the house where they re-vote and if the president signs it then its law but if its not signed it vetoed and has to be overridden to be law
