When should you preform hand hygiene?
Before and after each patient, after you use the restroom, before and after eating, hands are dirty, and contact with medical/dental equipment.

No, we cannot validate that our point of care testing is accurate if the control is not properly ran and documented.

Tightly secure the bag and place in the secondary waste container(box) in locked storage.
What should you do if we have a Code Grey-Tornado?
Move to an interior part of the building away from doors and windows. Examples at Madison are Dr. Thomas's office, Exam Room #6, Dr. Webb's office, med room, Exam room # 2 and work up room.
When severe weather is forecast, please listen to weather radio, and or monitor weather app, and be prepared to react if necessary
Who is our governing Body?
Board of directors-some of their duties include approving all policies, procedures and credentialing of providers and care team members.
What number should be given out to patients to call after hours?
Our main number goes to the on call service, and then they reach out to the provider who is on call for medical or dental.
