Any service provider who has a license that has expired & new one has not been approved by the board MUST be removed from schedule until it has been renewed.

Describe the steps you take when a client makes an IC allegation against a service provider
1.)Provide client with safety brochure & see if they would like to contact police. 2.)Ask if they can give you any info about what happened & take notes if so. (DO NOT PUSH IF THEY DO NOT WANT TO DISCUSS) 3.)Immediatly remove service provider from schedule & they are to stay that way until investigation is complete & ruling has been made. 4.)Notify upper mgmt & submit IR report. 5.)Monitor email for any requests that come through from rapid response
